Internal Funding

See more information about our Paul A. Olson Travel awards and the Dissertation Scholarship available on this page.

Also, The Office of Graduate Studies offers a Warren and Edith Day Dissertation Travel Award and Presidential, Fling, and Dean's Fellowships.

Our program is a member of the Newberry Library Center for Renaissance Studies Consortium, which enables students to use consortium funding to attend scholarly programs, conduct research, and participate in programming or advanced research at the Folger Shakespeare Library.

You can also fund your graduate education and often get good preparation for the teaching, research, and administrative work found in academia, or even employment in publishing or museums, through paid work or volunteer opportunities found on the UNL campus or in the Lincoln or Omaha area.
